After a year of economic uncertainty, we are experiencing a period of recovery that has come sooner and faster than expected. We have not yet overcome the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in emerging economies, and it is impossible to determine with certainty what the future of the labor market will look like. Even so, many changes are here to stay, and taking them into account in talent attraction and retention plans or in career development decisions will be crucial for success. In the new context, it is a matter of leaving conformism behind and adopting a mentality of perseverance and ambition.
