SAP FICO Team Lead

Hays Services is collaborating with a global innovator and supplier of low-carbon and alternative-fuelled powertrains.
We are looking for a SAP S4/HANA Finance & Controlling Team Lead, you will work closely with Key Business stakeholders related to Finance and Controlling, located across geographically distributed sites.

Which are the functions?
  • Project implementation
Provide S4 functional and technical expertise in the areas of Finance & Controlling.
Report status and progress for the activities under her domain.
In general, participate in the design, build, test and deploy of the S4 functionality in this domain, in close cooperation with BPOs and the SI Finance Team.
  • SAP Centre of Excellence
Become the S4 SME and main POC for the Finance & Controlling BPOs and business users.
Analyse results, make recommendations for support process improvement, and implement the changes when approved.

Which are the requirenments?
  • English is the program language (oral & written), Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong experience of designing and delivering SAP transformation projects in Finance & Controlling.
  • Strong SAP Finance & Controlling capabilities and knowledge to work with 3rd parties on executing an SAP roadmap: blueprint definition, functional specification and module(s) configuration (WRICEF), design and configuration S4/H tenant, CI/CD (OT), data migration (LSMW), SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP Business Connector, SAP PI/PO, User Administration
  • Strong experience working in complex multi-country, multi-cultural, matrix environment.
  • Be an effective team player working both within and outside the IS/IT organisation. Work to bring stakeholders along with decisions.
  • Must have leadership capabilities and be able to effectively interact with both the Business Teams and IS/IT colleagues.
  • Experience and ability to build effective working relationships and collaborating with business and other key stakeholders.
  • Can communicate (verbally and written) to different levels in the organisation and to third parties clearly and effectively.
