Inside Sales - Multilingual consultive selling
From HAYS, we are looking for telephone sales personnel with different languages for a company in the Technology sector (SAAS), located in San Blas-Canillejas. This is CONSULTATIVE SELLING.
It is necessary to master one of the following languages at a bilingual (C2) or, ideally, native level:
- English (UK) - 3 vacancies;
- English (US) - 3 vacancies;
- Czech/Slovak - 1 vacancy;
- German - 3 vacancies;
- Romanian - 1 vacancy;
- Polish - 1 vacancy.
Let me tell you more about the project.
The role combines consulting and telesales (volume of 90-100 calls per day): daily you will call leads, coordinate meetings, present demos, and sell trial periods of the company's SAAS. It's super interesting and dynamic! The company trains you! They offer a 6-month ONBOARDING PROGRAM, so that the selected candidates have technical-consultative support about the product.Knowledge of HubSpot or another CRM will be a plus.
Estimated start date: November 18th.
Selection process: 1. virtual interview with HAYS; 2. virtual interview with the company's HR; 3. interview with the Team Lead; 4. final phase with the Sales Director and HR Director.
We are looking for profiles with high commercial skills, good communication, consultative skills, prolem-solving, and good multitasking organizational skills. Highly desirable: previous sales experience.

CONDITIONS:
- Permanent contract.
- Salary €21,000 gross/year (€25k gross/year for the German and US markets), with growth possibilities.
- Attractive commission plan.
- Working hours: Mon-Thu 9am-6pm; Fri until 3pm. The German and Polish markets start at 8:30. For the US market, the schedule is 3-12 pm. Fri 3-9 pm.
- Hybrid work model (after the trial period).
- Location: East Madrid (well connected by public transport and with white zone parking around the company's offices).
