Global Manager - Pharmaceutical Consultancy
Your new company:
We are seeking an accomplished Global Manager to join our team (Pharmaceutical Consultancy). The ideal candidate will drive business development and lead high-impact global projects, ensuring their successful delivery and alignment with the company’s vision for growth.
Your new role:
- 50% Business Development: Focused on building new client relationships, growing existing accounts, and transitioning local clients to a global level.
- 50% Global Projects: Ensuring the successful execution of global medical projects, with a focus on content quality, project management, and client satisfaction.This position reports directly to the CEO, and the Global Manager will be expected to operate independently with a high level of accountability.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
- Create a strategic global business development plan
- Identifying and making contacts
- Move local clients to global
- Identify and open new client relationships
- Evaluating success and developing corrective actions
- Asses market response and adjust strategies
- Lead continuous improvement
GLOBAL PROJECT & MEDICAL MANAGEMENT - End-to-End Project Management
- Client Communication and Relationship Management
- Budget Oversight and Compliance
- Medical Content Management in Global Projects
- Quality Control and Global Project Oversight
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher with a focus on marketing, advertising, science or healthcare.
At least 10 years of experience in a healthcare communications agency or scientific agencies/consultancies or creative advertising agency providing services to the pharmaceutical industry.
Global profile, experience working in international environments.
In-depth understanding of the global pharmaceutical industry.
Customer orientation and relationship building.
Strong strategic thinking skills.
Good skills of communication. Able to create impact and influence.
Proven ability to lead projects, planning, execution and follow-up.
Evidence of strong work ethics and proactivity in and out of work
Availability to travel when needed (no more than once a month, in average).
Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Native English speaker.
