DACH SALES Account Executive

As a member of the Sales team for the DACH Market, you will be part of the Barcelona Sales Hub.
  • Manage full sales cycle for a Hospitality Industry Software.
  • Proactively search for new business opportunities through cold calling and emailing.
  • Analyze data and review your sales pipeline using Hubspot.
  • Aim to exceed the MRR and ARR targets.
What Are We Looking For?
  • German language: Native or C2 level.
  • English skills: B2 level.
  • Team player: Desire to exceed 100% of the monthly quota and support colleagues.
  • Desire to learn: Willingness to receive coaching and read sales improvement books.
  • Experience: 2+ years in a sales team (SAAS, Software, Services) with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Organization: Attention to detail, planning, and timely CRM updates.
  • Productivity: Motivation to sell to SMEs, managing short sales cycles.
