1. Implementation of New Functionalities:
   • Planning and reviewing new versions.
   • Defining and planning regression tests for existing applications.
   • Planning and executing specific tests to validate new functionalities.
   • Ensuring the execution of tests according to established standards.
2. Support and Analysis:
   • Expert in CRM applications (custom systems and Salesforce) and ERPs (SAP) to provide support to key users and coordinate with the Application Development team.
   • Investigating and analyzing errors using tools such as log review.
3. Monitoring and Reporting:
   • Defining monitoring reports at both operational level with IT teams and users, and executive level with area managers and Directors.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in IT project maintenance/implementation, with knowledge of the phases of an implementation project.
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Tester or in similar roles.
• Practical knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Desirable experience with test automation tools.
• Proficiency in the Office suite.
• Desirable knowledge of the energy sector, its tariffs, contracts, and processes of a commercializer.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in CRM tools.
• Languages: fluent English and fluent Portuguese (desirable).

• Proactivity to identify areas for improvement.
• Teamwork and collaboration in multidisciplinary environments.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with the business area.
